Rooms

All rooms have multi channel TV with dvd player, tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries, percale bedding, memory foam toppers on all bed except the singles in the Family Suite. We have made these rooms as comfortable as we would expect for ourselves. All rooms also have en suite, central heating and we have installed a pressurised water system.
Room 1- Double Room
 

The Double Room has a King Size Bed and in the en-suite a shower room. This room is situated on the Ground Floor and has easy access as well as double glazing shutters and Blackout curtains. This room is notorious for guests over sleeping!
Turret Room

The Turret Room has a Double bed and in the en-suite a bath and shower over. This room is situated on the Ground Floor and has easy access. Shutters and Double glazing on the front help to provide a good night’s sleep and the rear window overlooks the garden.
Family Suite
   
The Family Suite has a Super King Size bed and twin singles with a shower in the en-suite in two separate rooms. The windows overlook the garden and as with all of our rooms have working shutters. The door next to the fireplace shows where the twin bedroom is located. The shower room is in the twin room. 
Dining Room
   
A spacious and light dining room with views of our gardens, located on the ground floor of The Old Proiry Bed & Breakfast.

The River Tweed is famous worldwide for Fishing with some exceptional spots for Salmon Fishing (The Junction Pool being one of the most famous). The Junction Pool is less than 5 minutes walk from The Old Priory Bed and Breakfast.
Floors Castle the home of the Duke of Roxburghe. The castle also featured in the 1980's film Tarzan Greystoke, and is less than 1 mile from The Old Priory Bed and Breakfast
